If an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team; any verified remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity and payment verification. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder at the registered email address prior to any action being taken. The failure of phfu to enforce any right or provision of these terms on any given occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on the phfu platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phfu with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject matter.
